[Abstract]
Objective:To observe the effect of YiShenXiaoZheng Decoction (YSXZD) on endometriosis and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 patients due to ShenXuXueYu type were divided into two groups by random: 30 cases are settled as experiment groups,which are treated with YSXZD; 30 cases are settled as control group, which are treated with Danazol. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign, the development of immunity, endocrine and deputy reaction were observed. Results: YSXZD is superior to Danazol in the area of regulating menstrual cycle, raising pregnancy rate, improving sexual desire;Adjust the body’s immune function,reducing TNF-a,IL-6 levels and the positive rate EMAb with danazol was no significant difference; In correcting the reproductive endocrine disorder,the both group could reduce blood E2、PRL,which showed no significant difference,YSXZD group increased blood P,which was significantly different with danazol group.Conclusion: YSXZD is an effective recipe in treating Endometriosis. It can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and physical signs.The mechanism may be achieved through improving immune function,regulating the level of endocrine,adjustinging the function of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis.
