[Abstract]
Objective: We research this compound by separate on the basic of application. combined pharmaco-dynamics experiments of in-vitro, then select extract fraction with anticancer activity from these herb. According to the trails of pharmacodynamics experiments of in-vitro, we find active fractions with anticancer activity, so we are aimed at separating this fraction. Provide the basic information for the future development of the compound as secondary drug.Methods:Extracts of the compound recipe Aifei, Alpinia officinarum, Piper longumn extract as samples of antitumor activity in vitro experiments, select and separate effective parts of the compound recipe.TLC and HPLC method were used for identification and determination of the compound recipe.Results: 1)chloroform, ethanol extracts of Compound recipe Aifei, Alpinia officinarum, Piper longumn could inhibit the growth of gastric tumor cells. 2)On separation of effective parts, a total of 10 compounds were got, in which Galangin and Piperine have on the inhibition of gastric cancer cells. 3)Using HPLC determined contents of Galangin and Piperine were 0.51% and 0.30%, Respectively.Conclusions: Aifei compound recipe have inhibition on gastric cancer cell proliferation. Piperyline; N-Isobutyl-13- (3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl) -2E, 4E, 12E–tridecatri- enamide were accessed for the first time from Piper longumin. and Galangin and Piperine has obvious activity. Established the quality standards of compound recipe for the first time
